Dear B, 

I haven’t talked to you in 7 months. Sometimes I think what we went through was not real. It’s been so long and I feel like I am hanging onto the memories by a thread. Half of me has already let go of you. And the other half is still trying to hang on for some reason. You aren’t worth it. But I still find myself drawn to you now and again. Thank you for being there when I needed someone to talk to. Thank you for taking me to prom. Thank you for listening to my rants. Thank you for showing me that I can survive a heart break. That afternoon in the movie theater is still fresh in my mind. But like I said, it is as if it never happened. But I know it did. and that is all that matters. I never got the closure I wanted. But thank you anyway.

Dear Vfyh,

Thank you for having been a great friend to me. I’m sorry things didn’t work out and we don’t talk anymore. Thank you for being in my life and letting me be in yours for that short period, it means a lot to me and I cherish those moments. Well, you seem to be happier without me in your life now.
